Complete description
Vintage Description:
A steady raspberry pink color with orange pink hints can be seen. We note fine and bright bubbles, a delicate string of bubbles. The nose reveals fruity and concentrated. It conjures up with the chalky minerality, lemon, morello cherry, blackcurrant, toasted bread, and raspberry. Swinging the glass reveals smells of liquorice, peony, black pepper, and clove. A further aeration provides it with touches of dried fruits, cherry. The olfactory sensation clearly shows the racy expression of two grape varieties Pinot noir and Chardonnay on this area of Montagne de Reims. The mouth is fresh with a creamy effervescence. The wine fills up the palate with a slight winery taste, mainly by its density of red and black fruits (raspberry, cherry, and blackcurrant). The whole is well balanced thanks to a fresh and lemony acidity, well surrounded by mineral chalky tones.wine:
