    Vintage Description:

Bright golden-yellow colour with a fine, persistent perlage. Elegant, multi-layered bouquet with notes of ripe apples, pears and white blossoms, complemented by delicate hints of brioche, almonds and citrus zest. On the palate firm and vibrant, with creamy mousse, balanced freshness and lemony-mineral nuances on the long finish. (hus | wP)

    Vinification:

The grapes were very gently pressed, and the clarified musts were fermented by parcel in stainless-steel tanks to produce dry base wines. After a short maturation, these base wines were blended with 30% reserve wines and then bottled together with the tirage liqueur (a mixture of yeast, sugar, and nutrients) and sealed with a crown cap.

    Residual sugar:

    dry

    Ageing:

After re-fermentation in the bottle, matured on the lees for about 4 years. After disgorging refined with a light dosage.
