Well-balanced Provence rosé with a typical salmon pink colour. The nose is fresh and fragrant, delicate yet youthful with sophisticated notes of fresh red fruits, peach and subtle flower hints. It offers roundness on the palate and a beautiful aromatic depth, before finding freshness and some minerality in its long and precise finish.wine:

The vineyards are situated on a plateau at an altitude of 420m above sea level. With 300 days of sun a year and the cooling Mistral winds, the Provence offers the ideal growing conditions.Residual sugar (g/l):

70% of the grapes were briefly macerated and then pressed immediately. The remaining 30% were mashed, briefly fermented and then the light pink must was drawn off using the saignée method (French: saigner = to bleed). Then both must variants are blended and fermented together in stainless steel tanks under temperature control.Residual sugar:
